Even though Cuba Travel Network is assisting in satisfying this requirement by creating itineraries that bring you in direct contact with the Cuban people, Cuba Travel Network does not operate these programs and it is the responsibility of each traveler to make certain that they have a full-time schedule of activities of educational exchange activities that result in meaningful interaction between themselves and individuals in Cuba.
